We would be a good fit if:

  • You’re ready to make changes, even if you know they will be difficult.

  • You want a therapist who will hold space for you but also challenge you.

  • You’re tired of old patterns and trauma or anxiety driving the bus.

  • You want to reconnect with your body and learn how to trust yourself again.

  • You’re ready to work and take action to make changes.

  • You would like a little bit of humor along the way.

We might not mesh well if:

  • You want a therapist of a specific faith that provides therapy through that lens.

  • You want a therapist to just agree with and not challenge you.

  • You are actively suicidal or actively self-harming.

  • You are currently struggling with significant substance use which is negatively impacting your life.

  • You are not open to self-reflection, new perspectives, or trying new things to make changes.

  • Expecting change without putting in the work (work happens inside and outside the session).
