We offer therapy tailored to your needs. Our primary focus is on trauma recovery, mindfulness/mindful movement, anxiety and phobia treatment, and trauma-healing intensives/retreats.
We also offer trauma-informed consultation and education services.

We believe therapy is a collaborative, active process. Therapy will be focused on meeting your goals with treatments and interventions that work. We also believe you can take the tools provided and “become your own therapist” at some point. We will provide support while also challenging you.

Currently, I take the following insurances through Headway:

You can determine if I take your specific insurance plan through my Headway scheduling link HERE or at the “Book Now” button at the top of the page.
If I do not take your insurance, I can offer a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance of out-of-network coverage. If you plan to do this, please speak with them prior to scheduling.
Your insurance company’s phone number can be found on the back of your insurance card.
Questions that you may wish to ask your insurance company include:
-Do my benefits cover mental health?
-If I have mental health benefits, do my benefits include out-of-network providers?
-What portion of the amount that I pay will I be reimbursed upon seeing an out-of-network mental health provider?
-Do I need pre-approval or a referral before obtaining out-of-network mental health services to be reimbursed?
-How and where do I submit my bills for out-of-network mental health services?

Intensives are not fully covered by insurance and are currently private pay only, though you may be reimbursed by your insurance for a small portion of services.

Individual therapy is offered online to folks throughout the state of Florida. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment.
Intensive therapy services and retreats can be provided in person (in your home or at a physical office) to folks near the Orlando, FL area. (Hourly fees will be charged to those outside of a 30 minute radius of 32750.)
Mindful movement services can be provided in person as well. Location depends on type of mindful movement we decide best fits your needs.

No. Mindful movement can be guided with vocal and visual cues and physical touch/hands on feedback is not necessary to achieve this. We can also discuss your comfort level with this. Mindful movement is only included as part of ongoing therapy services or intensives/retreats at this time.
